Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?
All of our products are printed on demand, which means your items are made just for you after you place your order. Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. We offer free Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) on all orders, with an option to upgrade to Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) at checkout if you’d like your order faster. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Every item is custom-made just for you, which helps us keep prices affordable and offer free shipping. Because of this, we can’t accept returns for size or preference.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo so we can make it right.

Do you offer custom or bulk orders for churches or events?
Yes! We love partnering with churches, ministries, and events to create custom designs or offer bulk orders. Please contact us through our Contact Page or use the chat feature to start a conversation.

Where are your products made?
We work with trusted U.S.-based production partners for the most part who print and fulfill each item with care. They prioritize ethical practices and high-quality materials. However, there are a few products that are not available from a U.S. supplier and so those come from outside the U.S. and may take a little longer to receive. We always choose U.S. suppliers when available.

Do your shirts run true to size?
Yes! Our shirts follow unisex sizing and generally run true to size. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size up. Size charts are available on each product page.
